@pardesiheart the dress is of the Thakali community of Nepal. Thakali is one of many Mongoliad race ethnic group. Others include rai,limbu,gurung, magar, tamang, etc. check this video ---> "Kiratas:the Himalayas Race"and you have more information about the beautiful people of Nepal.
